Mrs. Dobbs' 5th Grade Science!

Hello! My name is Taylor Dobbs and I will be teaching 5th grade science. My teaching partners are Mrs. Lindsey (math), Mrs. Corbett (social studies), and Mr. Coon (Reading/ELAR). We are so very excited to meet your child and have a wonderful school year!

 

I have been teaching since August of 2016. After graduating from Sam Houston State University, I began working at Kilgore Intermediate teaching 5th grade science. Once I worked there for two years I moved to Beckville Junior High where I taught 6th grade social studies and coached multiple sports. Now I am back in my hometown of Troup and I could not be happier to be back! I love watching my students grow and learn new things. 

 

My husband and I have been married for 6 years and have three children. We enjoy working out, going to sporting events and enjoying time as a family.
