Reading Acceleration

Welcome to Reading Acceleration!  My name is Jessica Chambers.    This will be my tenth year at Troup Elementary.  I love being a Troup tiger! I graduated from Texas A&M University - Commerce in 2007.  Before moving to Reading Acceleration, I taught first grade for 14 years.  I am so excited to help students improve their reading and writing!  

My husband and I have two sweet and busy boys, Logan and Levi!  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching my boys play sports, reading and volunteering at my church.  I am looking forward to a great year with your child!  I am always happy to help so if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me!  

Reading Acceleration is such an important and wonderful program!    This program is designed to help struggling first and second grade readers.  Students will be taught individually or in a small group setting and will work on building phonics, fluency, comprehension, reading and writing skills.
