Welcome to Mrs. Bright's Fourth Grade Class!

I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! Your child will be in my class for language arts and social studies. My teaching partner is Mrs. Tarrant. She will be your child's math and science teacher. We both look forward to getting to know you and your child better this year!

 

My husband and I are the proud parents of Kayla and Dylan, plus our wonderful son-in-law, Chris. In my spare time, I love reading, spending time outdoors, and most of all enjoying time with my family. I am also an animal lover! I have six cats and two dogs who are all spoiled rotten.

 

After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University, I began teaching fourth grade at Troup Elementary in 1996. I have truly loved my years of being a Troup Tiger. It is such an honor and joy to be a part of your child's journey. I know we're going to have an amazing school year together!
